About the game
Fruit Slice is a fast swipe-to-cut arcade game. Fruit is flung up from the bottom of the screen in arcing throws, and you drag your finger across them to slice them mid-air. A clean swipe through several at once is both a bigger score and a bigger thrill.
There is no download and no account — it plays right in your browser and is built for portrait touch. Two things threaten your run: bombs, which are tossed up among the fruit and end the game the instant you slice one, and fruit you let fall, which drains your lives. Balancing greed against caution is the whole game.
How to play
- Swipe your finger across a piece of fruit to slice it.
- Drag through several fruits in one motion for a combo.
- Do not swipe over bombs — cutting one ends the game.
- Restart launches a fresh wave of fruit.
Rules
- Each fruit you slice scores a point.
- Slicing a bomb ends the game immediately.
- Fruit that falls off screen un-sliced costs a life.
- Lose all your lives and the run is over.
Strategy & tips
Cut through the group
One long swipe that catches several fruits at once scores far more than a peck at each. Wait a beat for them to line up.
Respect the bombs
A single bomb ends everything, so never make a lazy full-screen swipe. Curve your cut around bombs deliberately.
Let stragglers go
It is fine to sacrifice one falling fruit rather than risk a wild swipe near a bomb. A lost life beats a lost game.
Slice at the peak
Fruit hangs briefly at the top of its arc. Cutting there gives you the most time and the cleanest multi-fruit swipes.
FAQ
What happens if I hit a bomb?
The game ends instantly, no matter how well you were doing. Avoiding bombs always comes before chasing fruit.
How do I lose lives?
Letting fruit fall off the bottom of the screen without slicing it costs a life. Run out of lives and the game is over.
Is it built for touch?
Yes. Fruit Slice is a swipe game made for portrait phone screens and one-handed play.
